CELLOMET

CELLOMET is a Contract Research Organization spin-off from the MRGM Laboratory and owned by ADERA SAS. CELLOMET performs metabolic analyzes in the field of R & D for the pharmaceutical, the food and the cosmetic industry. CELLOMET proprietary technology platform is located at the ‘Functional Genomics Center’ in the University of Bordeaux campus.

Numerous in vitro and in vivo analyzes are proposed to understand the effect of active or mito-toxic compounds but also to identify biomarkers for clinical trials. The search for Omic signatures from proteome, RNAseq and metabolomics data is also available.

CELLOMET is also partner technology platform for the University of Bordeaux, the U1211, the SIRIC-Brio Cancer Research Center (siric-brio.com) and the GSO Cancer Research Center METABOCANCER Club (canceropole-gso.org).
